	All the above rates are in Thai Baht, including 10% Service Charge plus government tax. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
	Companion charge 500 Baht / Person/ Night - Child under 12 years sharing with parents (maximum 2 children's with no extra bed ) are FOC however, child over 4 years will be charged at half price for breakfast and child over 12 years will be charged as an adult.
	Compulsory Peak Season Surcharge: - New year Eve 31 Dec 08 : 1,450 Bht/person. - Chinese new year before and after 7 days (24 - 31 Jan 09)   Dinner 600 Bht/room/night, Dinner 500 Bht/person. - Songkran Festival 13-15 Apr 09 : 400 Bht/room/night.
	Baby cot free of charge.
	Meal Rate - Breakfast     200.- Bht/person - Lunch          300.- Bht/person. - Dinner         400.- Bht/person
	Check - out time : 12.00 noon any extension will be added 50% of rate and valid till 06.00 p.m., after that will be charged at a full days rate.
	Complimentary policy : - A half twin room will be offered for every 15 paying guests with a maximum of 2 room per group. - A group less than 8 rooms staying in hotel, tour guide will be charged Bath 500.- net/room (maximum 2 guides to a room) - Baby cot free of charge
	Early checkout : will be charge one more night.
	Cancellation & No Show Charges: - Any cancellation notice should be received by the hotel at least 20 day before arrival data. - Failure to notify will automatically result in one nights room charge at rate.
